All orders under $50 AUD will be shipped at a flat rate of $12 within Australia.
An in-house credit is offered in the event that you change your mind after receiving your purchase.
If in the unfortunate event that your purchased item is faulty and cannot be replaced or rectified my me, a refund will be available to you.
Please bear in mind that most of our products are individually hand crafted in the spirit of ye olde craftsmanship.
Therefore may feature some minor blemishes or imperfections in the spirit of authenticity, and I will work together with you to reach a mutual outcome.

Most of our garments are fully machine washable. It's recommended a cold wash with regular machine detergent is used, not a hot wash. Spray pre-wash is suitable on hems and areas where dirt & mud may collect, and cold soaking in an Oxy solution such as 'Vanish' or 'Nappy San' is recommended for stubborn marks.
We recommend a short cycle cold wash for any faux fur on th garments. Any genuine natural fur cannot be washed, and if required to be cleaned, you'd be better off bringing the whole item to us for processing. Natural fur can be ruined if it's mistreated with water, steam, or hot sun.
